Ministry Team

The Ministry Team is committed to serving Jesus Christ by helping the Pastor touch lives through a meaningful worship, communion and fellowship. We respect and care for all of God’s family by being faithful to our church family and their needs.

To help the Pastor connect to the people by:

  • Facilitating a meaningful and successful Worship Service.
  • Caring about the Pastor’s success.
  • Role modeling interests in, caring about and respect for others.
  • Scripture:

    • 1 Peter 5:2-3

    I exhort the elders among you to tend the flock of God that is in your charge, exercising the over-sight, not under compulsion but willingly, as God would have you do it- not for sordid gain but eagerly. Do not lord it over those in your charge, but be examples to the flock.
     

    Candle Lighters

    The Ministry Team is putting together a schedule for Candle Lighters.   If your child is interested in lighting the candles on Sunday mornings, please contact Bob McPherson.  Schedules can be adjusted for conflicts with family activities, vacations, etc. The only restriction would be that the child is able to handle the candle lighters and reach the candles on the alter.  Typically, this is a six-year-old or older, but you know your child best!  Please consider this activity to make your child feel part of God’s work!
